Any use of photographs or recordings created through a commercial commission—including those taken during a wedding or event—for purposes of publication on social media must be negotiated prior to such use. Usage rights are not included in any fees charged to our commercial clients.

All photographs produced by “the Company” become the property of the clients for personal use only.

Clients grant “the Company” permission to display selected images as examples of the work performed on our official websites and on any other media deemed necessary. “The Company” retains lifetime reproduction and display rights for all photographs for use in any media or publication, such as social media, photography competitions, promotional and/or advertising materials, original manuscripts, portfolio presentations, etc.

Clients may not claim the photographs taken or created as their own work in any exhibition, magazine, printed publication, electronic media, or similar outlet. Clients may only use photographs in such contexts provided they commit to crediting ROMANZA or romanza.com.mx.

Accordingly, clients, as well as their family members and guests, reaffirm that they will not claim any compensation nor take any legal action against “the Company” or any personnel involved in the session.
