Wedding Day Planning

Groom preparations usually require around 30 minutes, as they are more straightforward. Bridal getting ready typically takes one full hour, allowing enough time to capture details, emotions, and the full preparation process.

This estimated timeframe also takes into account the time needed for the staff to move between rooms, as well as time spent guiding or studying each pose, adjusting lighting, and reviewing technical details to ensure the best possible results.

The ideal time depends on the season. During spring and summer, sunset photos are best captured between 6:00 and 7:00 PM. In fall and winter, when sunsets occur earlier, the ideal window is usually between 5:00 and 6:00 PM.

A typical timeline includes: groom getting ready (30 minutes), bridal getting ready (1 hour), ceremony (30 minutes), family and bridal party photos (30 minutes), couple session (1 hour), and reception coverage (minimum 1 hour). Timelines are always adapted to each event.

Yes, our coverage is always provided on a continuous basis. However, we focus on making the most of the available time by optimizing the schedule to ensure we capture the most important moments of your day. If there is a gap between the ceremony and reception and the couple prefers to include breaks, we are happy to accommodate this option upon request.

One hour of coverage is recommended only for very intimate weddings, either when it’s just the couple or when there is a very small group of guests, no more than 8 people total, including the couple. This allows us to make the best use of the time and comfortably cover both the ceremony and beach photos without rushing.

Destination weddings often involve changing weather. Our team is fully prepared to adapt timelines and locations as needed, ensuring beautiful results regardless of conditions.

From bright beach ceremonies to sunset and evening receptions, our team adapts seamlessly to changing light, maintaining consistent and high-quality imagery. Our wedding team is highly specialized and professional, with extensive experience working in all lighting scenarios. We also carry professional backup equipment and support gear at all times, allowing us to respond effectively to any situation and ensure the best possible results throughout the entire day.

Yes. Additional coverage time can be added starting with the Gold package depending on availability and is ideal for extended celebrations or relaxed photo sessions.

Packages, Booking & Delivery

The process of planning your wedding package begins once your Wedding Planner formally introduces us to you. Following this, the hotel concierge assigned to your event will contact you to present our catalog of available packages.
Throughout the entire process, you are welcome to reach out with any questions or requests you may have, and we will be happy to assist you until you select the package that best suits your needs and expectations.

Payment procedures depend on the hotel’s policies.
If you have a master account with the hotel, payment is processed directly through the hotel, and once completed, they will notify us to confirm the service.
If payment is not handled through the hotel, the Romanza services are paid directly via a Stripe payment link available on our Arcadia platform. Once the payment is completed, your concierge will confirm it.

Package popularity largely depends on the type of coverage the couple is looking for.
For couples seeking a simpler coverage, the Silver Package is the most popular option, as it can include coverage from the getting ready through the group photo sessions.
For couples who prefer more comprehensive coverage, any of our Deluxe Package options are the most frequently selected.

All final images are delivered in high-resolution JPG format, ready for download and personal use.

Our standard delivery time for photographs is up to 60 days after the event, although in many cases it may be sooner.
For video, the delivery time is up to 120 days after the event, as the editing process is more detailed and requires additional post-production time.

A highlight video is a short, cinematic edit that captures the essence of your day. A full-length video offers extended coverage, including key moments and a more complete narrative.

Editing focuses on adjustment on exposure, contrast, white balance, saturation, framing. Retouching involves detailed adjustments such as removal of red eyes or tattoos, soften imperfections, tanning or facial defects, and teeth whitening.
